Robert (Bert) Hartmann
Enrolled Agent

Robert (Bert) Hartmann began his career in taxation in 1983, was issued his Enrolled Agent license in 1989 and has been a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents since 1991. Bert was one of the founding members of the Northern Nevada Society of Enrolled Agents and has served in various positions of the Society. Bert earned the status of National Tax Practice Institute Fellow in 1996 and has been an NTPI instructor for nine years.
Bert is the founder and President of Hartmann Professional Services, Inc. where he works with two other Enrolled Agents. His services include preparing returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates and trusts. A great deal of his practice is in representation before the IRS and numerous states on examination and collections issues.

Erin C. Motter
Enrolled Agent

Erin Motter graduated from the University of Nevada in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She began working at Hartmann Professional Services, Inc. as a bookkeeper and administrative assistant in 1997. In 1999 she became a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. At the urging of Bert, Erin became an Enrolled Agent in 2006. Her specialty outside of bookkeeping is advising and processing Business Tax Returns as well as preparing returns for individuals.

John P. Hartmann
Enrolled Agent

John Hartmann, following in his father’s footsteps, joined Hartmann Professional Services, Inc. in 2006 as a bookkeeper and administrative assistant. John recently obtained his Enrolled Agents license in the fall of 2013. He specializes in individual returns, company start-ups, payroll and accounts payable.
